These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of indianahealthcare.careers (the “Site”) operated by Indiana Healthcare Careers (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Who we are and what we do

Indiana Healthcare Careers is an independently owned and operated job-matching service. We connect healthcare job seekers in Indiana with employers and recruiters in our network who are hiring for matching roles.

We are NOT an employment agency, staffing firm, or recruiter. We do not place candidates, negotiate offers, or have any role in the hiring decisions of employers in our network.

2. Using the Site

You may use the Site if you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement. By using the Site, you represent that you meet these requirements.

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information when submitting our forms
  • Use the Site only for lawful purposes related to seeking healthcare employment
  • Not misrepresent your identity, credentials, or qualifications
  • Not submit information for anyone other than yourself
  • Not use the Site to harvest contact information, send spam, or engage in any automated data collection

3. Our service is free to job seekers

We do not charge job seekers to use our service. Employers and recruiters in our network pay us for access to candidate matches. No payment from a job seeker is required, requested, or accepted at any time.

If anyone purporting to represent us asks you to pay a fee, do not pay. Contact us immediately at info@indianahealthcare.careers.

4. No guarantee of employment or contact

We do our best to match qualified candidates with relevant employers, but:

  • We do not guarantee that you will be contacted by any employer or recruiter
  • We do not guarantee interviews, job offers, or employment of any kind
  • We do not guarantee any specific timeframe for employer contact
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy of job postings, employer descriptions, or salary information presented by employers in our network
  • Outcomes, response times, and statistics referenced on the Site (e.g., “average time to first contact”) are estimates based on historical averages and may not reflect your individual experience

Hiring decisions are made entirely by employers, not by us. We have no control over their hiring criteria, interview processes, or final decisions.

5. Employer and recruiter communications

When you submit your information through our form, it may be shared with employers and recruiters in our network. These third parties may contact you directly by email, phone, or text using the information you provided.

We do not control how third-party employers and recruiters communicate with you once they have your information. If you wish to stop receiving communications from a specific employer, contact that employer directly. If you wish to be removed from our network’s matching system entirely, contact us at info@indianahealthcare.careers.

6. Your content (including resumes)

If you upload a resume, cover letter, or other content to the Site, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, copy, and share that content with employers and recruiters in our network for the purpose of matching you with job opportunities.

You represent and warrant that:

  • You have the right to share any content you submit
  • Your content does not violate the rights of any third party
  • Your content is accurate and not misleading

7. Intellectual property

The Site and its original content (excluding content you submit), features, and functionality are owned by Indiana Healthcare Careers and are protected by US and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Site without our prior written permission.

8. Disclaimers

THE SITE AND OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.

WE DO NOT ENDORSE, GUARANTEE, OR ASSUME RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY EMPLOYER OR RECRUITER IN OUR NETWORK, OR FOR ANY JOB POSTING, OFFER, OR EMPLOYMENT ARRANGEMENT THAT RESULTS FROM USE OF THE SITE.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INDIANA HEALTHCARE CAREERS, ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES — INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF EMPLOYMENT, LOSS OF INCOME, LOSS OF DATA, OR LOSS OF GOODWILL — ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR ANY EMPLOYER OR RECRUITER INTERACTION RESULTING FROM IT.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SITE OR OUR SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Indiana Healthcare Careers, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of:

  • Your use of the Site
  • Your submission of inaccurate, false, or misleading information
  • Your violation of these Terms or any applicable law
  • Your violation of the rights of any third party

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, for any reason, without notice, including if we believe you have violated these Terms. You may stop using the Site at any time.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in the State of Indiana, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated by a prominent notice on the Site. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
